We want you to love your Flatterbox before you pay for it. For this reason, we don’t charge you anything until the sentiments are in and you’re 100% satisfied. Be sure you don’t pay until the box is complete. Once you pay, you won’t be able to add any more sentiments.

A.

You can do nothing until the order needs to be reviewed and purchased, which will only take you a few minutes, but you may find you have to nudge a few people to remind them to reply. We will send a reminder message to Flatterers three days prior to your sentiment due date. You'll also be able to send reminders and change your message at any time during the process. Of course, you'll have access to review and enjoy the sentiments as they're submitted.

A lot! How many is really up to you. You have the choice of a box with 50, 100 or 200 cards. If you go over the selected amount, the system will automatically give you a 10 card upgrade. If you pass through that number, the system will automatically upgrade you to the next level, and so on. You can also add an additional 10 cards to any order at the time of check out. Keep in mind you’ll often times think of other “Flatterers” you’d like to add along the way. You also have the option to give Flatterers the ability to invite other people.

No problem. We realize you may need time to find the emails for everyone you want to include. Or maybe you think of others you'd like to add, as you go along. To add more emails, be sure you're signed in, then go to the "My Flatterbox" link in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will take you to the summary of the Flatterbox Sentiment Box(es) you have in progress. Click "Invite More Flatterers". You can then add more emails, view the ones you have already sent invites to and even delete emails, if necessary.

We will send a reminder out to anyone you invited through the website, three days before the sentiments are due. You may also send out your own reminders at any time by going to "My Flatterbox" and clicking on "Send Reminder Email To Flatterers". This will automatically send a reminder to every person who has not yet replied.

Your order will arrive 6-8 days after your Flatterbox is reviewed, completed and submitted for production. Please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to print and ship and 1-5 days for ground shipping, depending on where you live in the United States. We ship from Philadelphia, PA. We will get your box to you no more than 8 business days after you place your order, but often sooner.

We don't suggest having other's forward their email. This can create an issue in saving their sentiments. You have the option of allowing those you invite, to invite others. Once they've put their sentiment in, after saving it, they will have the option of adding other emails.

The other option is, when you're on the invite page where you put in your emails, there is a unique URL. You'll find this just above the sample email. You may copy and paste that into an email and ask others to forward it.

On the page that allows you to invite friends to participate via email, there is also a URL you'll find just above the sample email. That URL is unique to your box, so feel free to copy and paste it into your own email and send it to others, as well as posting it on social media.

Not to worry, we offer the option of adding ten (10) additional cards to your order. The upgrade will automatically be reflected in your box as the sentiments come in.

You have successfully gathered a number of sentiments, and we needed to upgrade your Flatterbox to accommodate all the responses.

We will send you all the cards you ordered. The ones that didn't get filled out will come to you blank and can be used to add hand-written sentiments by those who didn't get to participate online, but still want to.

You may continue collecting sentiments past the "Sentiments Complete By" date, however you risk your gift not arriving on time. Our Flatterboxes are custom made and ship from Philadelphia, PA. We have five business days for shipping factored into our "Sentiments Complete By" date. This number is reduced the closer you live to our production facility. We are happy to try to work with you. You can email us at info@flatterbox.com. We also offer priority shipping upon checkout, however this does not accelerate production time, which is 2-3 business days.

Selecting priority shipping accelerates the transit time, however 2-3 business days are still required for processing and printing your custom Flatterbox.

You can contact the Flatterbox organizer to find out if there were blank cards included when they purchased the gift. This may give you an opportunity to hand write your sentiment and still contribute, even if you missed the deadline.

That is up to the organizer of the Flatterbox. If the organizer selects the option to invite others, you may invite friends to participate. All you need to do is provide your name and email address and you will then be allowed to send the same invitation you received. You could also forward the email you got, but you may get a better response sending it directly through the website.

We currently do not ship outside the United States. We do offer some options for getting to locations outside the US. Please contact info@flatterbox.com for more details.
